Git City: Your GitHub activity has become a rather lovely city

Type in your GitHub username. Somewhere in Git City, a building belongs to you. Its height comes from your contributions, its width from your public repositories. The windows brighten with stars, and recent activity gives them a glow.

It is a delightful promotion for a set of numbers usually left sitting on a profile page. Now they have neighbours.

Samuel Rizzon built the pixel-art city with Claude Code, Next.js and Three.js. You can claim and customise your building, then take a paper plane across town. Stop at someone else’s address and the projects behind the building are there to discover. A quick look at your own statistics can turn into quite a long wander.
